28 Miles later

On May 13 a team of 10 people, made of of parents staff and friends of Knockando Playgroup, took part in the Speyside Kiltwalk, a 26 mile walk from Buckie to Aberlour to raise money for a number of Scottish children’s charities including Knockando Playgroup.

It was a great day and despite the dark sky and strong winds (must remember to take a kilt pin next year), muddy inclines and steep hills and we all made it to the finish line in one piece.

We are still waiting for the total amount raised but it looks to be in excess of £1000.00

Well done to Nicola Robertson, Elaine Bain, Shona Donald, Tim Rogers, Craig Scott, Lynsey Goodall, Sandra Cruikshank, Stuart Murdoch, Dorothy Murdoch and Jenny Britton.
